Runde Environmental Centre to
be 'Competence Centre for Sustainable Ocean Energies'
Runde Environmental Centre has been selected
as one of three competance centres for renewable
energy development in the region by the county
of Møre Romsdal. Whereas the other two
centres focus on wind and solar power, Runde will
specialise in alternative ocean energies. Currently,
the county has committed 90,000 NOK (app. 11350
Euro) for the development of a pilot project in
this context.
